This smoothie packs a mean punch, loaded with veggies for high phytochemical intake and avocado for a dose of healthy fat. This smoothie has a ton of fiber and is healing for the root chakra. Cilantro is a heavy metal chelator and ginger is an anti-inflammatory and digestive aid.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 SMALL BEET OR 1/4 LARGE BEET (with greens)
  • 1 CARROT (with greens)
  • 1 AVOCADO
  • 1/2 LARGE TOMATOE
  • FEW SPRIGS OF CILANTRO
  • 1/2 LIME
  • 1/2 INCH SLICE OF GINGER ROOT
  • ADD WATER AND BLEND
